In patients with grade III+ or greater myxomatous mitral regurgitation undergoing exercise echocardiography, lower percent of age/sex-predicted metabolic equivalents, lower heart rate recovery, atrial fibrillation, lower LV ejection fraction, and high resting right ventricular systolic pressure predicted worse outcomes.
