Postradiation Cerebellar Necrosis Mimicking Tumor

Abstract

Cerebellar necrosis associated with therapy of primary gliomas is unusual. We present the MR findings in a patient with postradiation multifocal cerebellar necrosis mimicking tumor dissemination.
