The Angular Clustering of Lyman‐Break Galaxies at Redshift<i>z</i>∼ 3

Abstract

We have measured the angular correlation function w(h) for a sample of 871 Lyman-break galaxies (LBGs) in ve elds at redshift z D 3. Fitting the power law to a weighted average of w(h) from A w h~b the ve elds over the range we nd arcsecb and b D 0.9. The slope is, within the
