Evaluating Sandwich Immunoassays in Microarray Format in Terms of the Ambient Analyte Regime

Abstract

In our experimental setup, all 24 sandwich microarray assays fulfill the criteria of the "ambient analyte" regime because depletion of analyte molecules from the assay volume is insignificant.
