Hip-Spine Syndrome

Abstract

The total sagittal alignment of the spine in patients with bilateral hip dislocation was compensated for by anterior angulation of the pelvis and by lumbar hyperlordosis. The main clinical symptoms were lower back pain, and not lower leg pain.
