Abstract

Abstract A detailed anatomical description of a thoracopagus is presented. The complex venous anomalies were unique in combining absence of the inferior vena cava of one twin with drainage into an atrium of the other twin of its inferior vena cava with all the hepatic veins from the common liver. The other atrium received the entire venous drainage from the upper extremities of both infants.
