Isolated Port-Site Metastasis After Robotic Hysterectomy for Stage IA Endometrial Adenocarcinoma

Abstract

Port-site metastasis is a surgical complication with an unclear etiology. There are no clear data to suggest a lower incidence with robotic surgery. Patients at low risk for recurrence still may experience development of port-site metastasis.
