Central Pontine Myelinolysis

Abstract

A 26-year-old man with a history of chronic alcohol abuse presented with dysarthria, lethargy, and horizontal nystagmus. Results of a clinical examination and blood tests were otherwise normal. Spastic quadriparesis developed.
