Abstract Yamato-791198 yielded up to 44 aromatic hydrocarbons and related compounds in the range of naphthalene and pyrene, including almost all structural isomers of methyl- and dimethyl-naphthalene. Several predominant compounds were present at the level of 10−7 g/g. Normal alkanes(C12−C22) were predominant in the aliphatic hydrocarbons and were at the level of 10−8 g/g.
