Monopolar thermocoagulation in acardiac twinning

Abstract

The paper describes the use of monopolar thermocoagulation in the treatment of acardiac twinning. The technique and outcomes of a series of 12 pregnancies which have presented for treatment at the Fetal Medicine Unit of University College London are presented.
