The dynamic conductivity of electrons in a tunneling superlattice is determined here using linear-response theory. The elastic-impurity-scattering rate is shown to be generally different for transport along differing directions. In addition, we calculate localization corrections to the conductivity, which demonstrate that its scaling behavior may be either two dimensional (2D) or 3D, depending upon the miniband width. In this, 3D scaling behavior changes to 2D behavior as the miniband width becomes vanishingly small.
