A Granisetron-Droperidol Combination Prevents Postoperative Vomiting in Children

Abstract

We compared the efficacy of granisetron plus droperidol with each antiemetic alone for the prevention of postoperative vomiting in children. The granisetron-droperidol combination was highly effective against postoperative emesis.
