Electrophilic Trifluoromethylthiolation of Allylsilanes with Trifluoromethanesulfanamide

Abstract

A CH(3)COCl-promoted allylic trifluoromethylthiolation of allylsilanes with trifluoromethanesulfanamide has been described. The method allows for an efficient synthesis of a wide range of allylic trifluoromethylthiolated compounds under mild conditions.
