Peritoneal Closure at Primary Cesarean Delivery and Adhesions

Abstract

Parietal peritoneal closure at primary cesarean delivery was associated with significantly fewer dense and filmy adhesions. The practice of nonclosure of the parietal peritoneum at cesarean delivery should be questioned.
