Aneurysm of the Intradural Artery of Adamkiewicz Treated with Muslin Wrapping: Technical Case Report

Abstract

A review of the literature revealed only one other reported case of a ruptured aneurysm of the artery of Adamkiewicz, which was discovered postmortem. Therefore, this case represents the first report of a diagnosed and treated artery of Adamkiewicz aneurysm.
