Uric Acid Renal Excretion and Renal Insufficiency in Decompensated Severe Heart Failure

Abstract

In patients with decompensated severe heart failure, the tubular secretion and the clearance of uric acid were reduced. Renal dysfunction was associated with mortality, but hyperuricemia was not.
