Approximation Formulas for Nonrelativistic Bremsstrahlung and Average Gaunt Factors for a Maxwellian Electron Gas

Abstract

The most important approximations that permit the rapid calculation of numerical results for nonrelativistic bremsstrahlung and gaunt factors for a Maxwellian electron gas in the entire energy and frequency ranges with an accuracy of one percent are collected. (L.T.W.)
