An analysis of high-energy $\ensuremath{\pi}N$ scattering is made, through the range $0\ensuremath{\le}\ensuremath{-}t\ensuremath{\le}2$ (${\mathrm{G}\mathrm{e}\mathrm{V}/\mathit{c})}^{2}$, in terms of $P$, ${P}^{\ensuremath{'}}$, ${P}^{\ensuremath{'}\ensuremath{'}}$, $\ensuremath{\rho}$, and ${\ensuremath{\rho}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ Regge poles. High-energy data are supplemented by continuous-moment sum rules that exploit low-energy data through analyticity. Predictions are made for a range of current and future experiments.
