The cosmetic defects of pectus excavatum and bilateral mammary hypoplasia can be corrected with a single-unit customized silicone implant. An extended pocket is made across the anterior chest wall through two inframammary incisions. It is then possible to insert and position the breast prostheses subpectorally and the sternal prosthesis subcutaneously using these incisions. A good cosmetic result can occur with minimal morbidity and scarring.
