Abstract

Administration of iopromide for pulmonary angiography in patients with pulmonary hypertension resulted in no appreciable hemodynamic alterations associated with the observed changes in atrial natriuretic peptide, antidiuretic hormone, and renin. No allergy-mediated reactions were observed in these patients.
