Symmetric orbits that are doubly asymptotic to one of the three collinear points and that are generated in a particular way are studied. Numerical interpolation produces 35 special values of the mass ratio that give rise to doubly asymptotic orbits: 3 for the L, point, 2 for the L, point, and 30 for the L2 point. Two of these values are of particular interest since they are near the mass ratio of the earth-moon system.
