Direct Conversion of Azides and Benzyl Carbamates to <i>t-</i>Butyl Carbamates Using Polymethylhydrosiloxane and Pd-C

Abstract

Abstract One step direct conversion of azides and benzyl carbamates to t-butyl carbamates is achieved using inexpensive and safe hydride source namely polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS) under Pd-C catalysis.
