Abstract

The temperature-dependent part of the electrical resistivity of dilute Al-Ga alloys was measured between 4.2 and 320 K. The phonon resistivity of the alloys varies in the temperature range 6.8-60 K as ${T}^{n}$ where $2<n<3.8$. The temperature corresponding to the broad maximum of the Matthiessen deviation shifts as $\ensuremath{\sim}{c}^{\frac{1}{5}}$ and in the high-temperature region the deviations vary proportionally to $T$ and the slope is negative.
