Abstract Lymphocytotoxicity against tumour‐specific antigens has been examined using cultures of 11 neuroblastomas and 11 Wilms' tumours. The reactivity of lymphocytes from patients with neuroblastomas, Wilm's tumour, other tumours and from normal individuals was examined. In both systems tumour‐specific lymphocytotoxicity was demonstrated in both autochthonous and allogeneic combinations. Cross‐reactivity was observed between Wilms' tumour and hypernephroma but not with respect to other tumours.
