Studies on the Time of Valvular Movements in Mitral Valvular Disease with Ultrasonic Doppler Method

Abstract

The application of ultrasound to the examination within the body furnishes one with a tactile information which would be otherwise impossible. Especially the application of ultrasonic Doppler method assures one of reliable data for valvular movements which bear an influential, physiological and clinical significance.The aim of the present study was directed to the detection with ultrasonic Doppler method of the time of valvular movements in cases of mitral valvular disease. The findings obtained here are very likely to promise to afford fundamental understanding in interpreting various pathophysiological entities.
