Abstract

The most frequent defects observed using magnetic resonance imaging are anterior pituitary hypoplasia and ectopic posterior pituitary lobe. The association of glandular hypoplasia with other magnetic resonance imaging abnormalities can suggest the presence of multiple anterior pituitary deficiencies.
