Congenital Hypertrophic Pyloric Stenosis in Twins

Abstract

. This pair of monozygous twin girls was first seen by me when almost 4 years old and in good health. Although a complete family history could not be obtained, it is known that the twins were the result of the first pregnancy of a young, unwed, 22-year-old woman. The birth was two weeks premature but uncomplicated.
