Transvaginal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Cystic Teratoma

Abstract

Transvaginal ultrasonography has a better predictive ability for differentiating cystic teratoma from other ovarian masses (kappa value 0.84) than in screening for cystic teratomas (kappa value 0.69).
