Abstract

• Lumbarisation and sacralisation are observed 6.2 % and 2.7 %, respectively. • Thoracolumbar segment variations can cause a miscount rate for the lumbar spine of less than 10 %. • Lumbar rib is significantly associated to lumbarisation.
