Abstract Organopalladium derivatives are useful intermediates in organic synthesis1. Palladium (II) salts catalyze cyclization of acetylenic 1,2-diols2, γ,β-unsaturated alcohols3, allyl phenols4 to furans, tetrahydrofurans and benzofurans respectively.
