Angular distributions and absolute cross sections were obtained for a group of reactions induced by 14.8-Mev deuteron bombardment of ${\mathrm{Na}}^{23}$. The ground state and the 1.341-Mev state of the ${\mathrm{Na}}^{23}(d, p){\mathrm{Na}}^{24}$ reaction were fitted with Butler curves of ${l}_{n}=2 \mathrm{and} 0$, respectively. The angular distributions of seven levels of the reaction ${\mathrm{Na}}^{23}(d, {d}^{\ensuremath{'}}){\mathrm{Na}}^{23}$ were obtained. The $Q$ values of these levels were measured to be -0.441, -2.073, -2.400, -2.689, -2.997, -3.689, -3.925, and -4.457 Mev all with an uncertainty of \ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.040 Mev. The ground state and the first three excited states of ${\mathrm{Na}}^{22}$ were observed by the reaction ${\mathrm{Na}}^{23}(d, t){\mathrm{Na}}^{22}$. It was possible to fit the angular distributions to all the ${\mathrm{Na}}^{22}$ states with ${l}_{n}=2$. The $Q$ value of the ${\mathrm{Na}}^{23}(d, t){\mathrm{Na}}^{22}$ ground state was measured to be $Q=\ensuremath{-}6.211\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.040$ Mev.
