Abstract

Acid-fast bacilli were found in a globe enucleated because of acute granulomatous uveitis, glaucoma, and exophthalmos. No other evidence of active tuberculosis could be found in this patient. On the basis of the ocular pathology, the patient was treated with oral chemotherapy.
