Goserelin for Ovarian Protection during Breast-Cancer Adjuvant Chemotherapy

Abstract

Although missing data weaken interpretation of the findings, administration of goserelin with chemotherapy appeared to protect against ovarian failure, reducing the risk of early menopause and improving prospects for fertility.
