Immunohistochemical localization of somatostatin receptor subtypes in benign and malignant adrenal tumours

Abstract

Somatostatin receptor subtypes are expressed in PHEOs as well as in tumours of the adrenal cortex with tumour-specific distribution patterns. This may offer new diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities.
