Corneal curvature, pachymetry, and endothelial cell density in Marfan syndrome

Abstract

Decreased K values and pachymetry could indicate MFS regardless of subluxation. High corneal astigmatism is associated with subluxation in MFS. Subluxation should be identified in MFS eyes with high corneal astigmatism.
