Urethral Recurrence in Patients with Orthotopic Ileal Neobladders

Abstract

Patients with a Kock ileal neobladder have a lower risk of urethral recurrence than those with cutaneous urinary diversion, even when associated with a high risk pathological condition predicting increased risk of urethral recurrence.
