Abstract

New experimental data on vapor pressure (T = 397 to 523 K) and liquid heat capacity, Cp, (T = 283 to 393 K) of ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, butylene carbonate, and glycerine carbonate were developed using ebulliometery and differential scanning calorimetry techniques. These vapor pressure and liquid heat capacity data were combined with selected literature data and correlated using Wagner, Clapeyron, and polynomial-type equations.
