Abstract

An electrical property of photovoltaic lead lanthanum zirconate titanate is investigated. The uniform light illumination is realized with the homogeneous irradiation lens. The light energy is between 0 and 330 mW/cm 2 , which is one order larger than previous reports. Optical motor is shown as a new application device in use of lead lanthanum zirconate titanate, that is used as an energy transducer from the optical energy to the electrical one. Photovoltaic voltage of lead lanthanum zirconate titanate is transformed into electrostatic force for actuation of the rotation movement of optical motor.
