The author presents results of Monte Carlo simulations for directed percolation in 2+1 dimensions very close to the percolation threshold. His values for pc for bond and site percolation on the BCC and simple cubic lattices are more precise than previous estimates by one to two orders of magnitude. The improvement on the critical exponents describing the behaviour at pc is less impressive, but they are also substantially more precise than previous ones.
