100 Gbit/s optical waveform measurementwith 0.6 ps resolution optical samplingusing subpicosecond supercontinuum pulses

Abstract

A 100 Gbit/s optical signal waveform is successfully measured with 0.63 ps temporal resolution by using type II phase-matching sum-frequency-generation optical sampling with 0.55 ps supercontinuum pulses.
