Densities (ρ) and viscosities (η) have been measured at (298.15, 303.15, and 308.15) K for binary mixtures of ethyl acetate with pentan-1-ol, hexan-1-ol, 3,5,5-trimethylhexan-1-ol, heptan-1-ol, octan-1-ol, and decan-1-ol. From these, molar excess volume (VE) and deviation in viscosity (Δη) have been computed and fitted to the Redlich−Kister polynomial.
