Abstract

Repeated, immediate, and remarkable clinical and EEG responses of this patient suggest that IVIG was helpful as first-line therapy in the treatment of Landau-Kleffner syndrome. It also supports the hypothesis that immunological mechanisms contributed to his symptoms.
