Efficacy of intraarticular dexamethasone for postoperative analgesia after arthroscopic knee surgery

Abstract

Dexamethasone, used as adjunct to levobupivacaine in patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery, improves the quality and prolongs the duration of postoperative analgesia.
