The viscosity, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity have been computed for a two-temperature helium plasma with electron to heavy particle temperature ratios of 1 to 3, at pressures from 0.001 to 1000 atm, and with electron temperatures ranging from 5000 to 35 000 °K.
