Norwegian scabies following topical steroid therapy

Abstract

Summary Following an outbreak of scabies in a hospital ward, a correct diagnosis of Norwegian scabies was made in an eczematous patient whose skin had unexpectedly deteriorated with topical potent fluorinated cortico-steroid therapy.
