Reduced postmovement cortical inhibition in patients with paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia

Abstract

The present data imply a decreased postmovement inhibition of motor cortex in patients with PKD, and the inhibitory function in the contralateral hemisphere is more affected than that in the ipsilateral hemisphere.
