Principles of a three-dimensional molecular electronic memory

Abstract

The principles of a memory are described. Information is stored as presence or absence of injected charge on organic molecules. The molecular structure is made of Langmuir-Blodgett multilayers of polydiacetylenes. Means of writing in and reading out are given.
