A contribution towards the revision of the Agaricales (fungi) from New Zealand

Abstract

Summary Species of Agaricales (Fungi) described or recorded from New Zealand between 1855 and 1968 are listed, together with comments on their taxonomic position. Controversial species are illustrated and important microscopical characters briefly described. A number of new combinations are proposed.
