Evaluation of the Analgesic Efficacy of Local Dexmedetomidine Application

Abstract

Dexmedetomidine seems to have an antihyperalgesic effect when administered locally after bilateral third molar surgery. There is no delay in psychomotor recovery or increase in postoperative clinically significant adverse events.
