Abstract: A probable linkage between familial Paget's disease and the HLA loci. M. W. Tilyard, R. J. M. Gardner, L. Milligan, T. A. Cleary and R. D. H. Stewart. Aust. N.Z. J. Med., 1982, 12, pp. 498–500. Two families with autosomal dominant Paget's disease have been studied for a possible genetic linkage with the HLA loci. The results, together with those of Fotino et al.2 indicate that linkage probably does exist. The “Paget susceptibility locus” is at a most probable distance of 5 centimorgans from the HLA loci.
